Our Rubber Bonded Spacers are designed for use in steel slitting lines to support strip separation, strip guidance, and smooth conveying during slitting operations.

These spacers consist of a precision-machined steel core bonded with high-quality wear-resistant rubber, ensuring excellent grip on strips, reduced marking, and improved strip stability at high line speeds.

• Maxwell Stripper rings are made of hardened, wear-resistant tool steel, side surfaces ground or lapped, outer diameter ground or polished.

Maxwell Spacers are made of hardened alloyed tool steel or with stainless steel characteristics. The spacers are used together with the stripper rings for the exact positioning of rotary slitter knives on the slitter arbor and for precisely adjusting the knife clearance.

Maxwell manufactures Over-arm separator discs from steel. They are polished with tapered sides and rounded edges. These hard discs prevent edge damage to your strip and last longer than the standard discs offered in the industry. Discs can be manufactured to your dimensions & as per drawings.

Manufactured with tempered and vulcanised steels with different types of rubbers depending on the application, they have a hardness of 60 to 90 Shores.
