Our company manufactures precision Rotary Slitter Knives used in steel slitting lines for HR, CR, stainless steel and non-ferrous coils.

These slitter knives are produced from high-grade tool steel / HSS / D2, heat treated and precision ground to ensure excellent edge life, burr-free slitting and consistent strip width.

Rotary slitter knives are suitable for coil slitting machines, strip processing lines and cut-to-length lines. Manufactured with tight tolerances and smooth surface finish, they provide high wear resistance, reduced downtime and longer service life.

Knives can be supplied as per customer drawing, OD, ID and thickness, and matched with spacers and separator discs for optimal slitting performance.

Manufactured from high-grade tool steels such as HSS M2, M35, ASP 2030 and D2, our slitter knives undergo controlled heat treatment and precision grinding to achieve consistent hardness and excellent wear resistance.

• Maxwell bonded stripper rings have a hardened steel core, which is made of alloyed tool steel.
• This is coated with Perbunan or polyurethane in different colors and Shore hardness. Rubberized stripper rings are tailored to your area of application, thus enabling high cutting speeds and also acting as transport rings for the belt.
• A Perbunan coating is usually used for rust-free qualities, a polyurethane coating for non-ferrous metals and surface-sensitive material to be cut.
• Standard tolerances of +/– 0.001 mm
• Ultra-precision tolerances of +/– 0.0005 mm

• Maxwell plastic shims are made of special rigid plastic.
• These are resistant to oil, water-repellent, good wear resistance and little change in size when pressurized.
• Easy handling due to color differentiation.
• Width from 0.012 mm to 1.50 mm.

Produced from HSS M2, M35, ASP 2030 and D2 grades, the knives undergo controlled heat treatment and precision grinding to maintain tight tolerances and uniform hardness across the cutting edge.
